I partner with you to clarify your core values, challenge your belief systems, evaluate what is (or isn’t) serving you, and learn why you are (or aren’t) doing certain things.
When we work together, I will challenge you to look at things differently, help you figure out what you really want, and break through whatever is holding you back. I will also help you design action plans and help hold you accountable.

One-On-One Coaching
I provide personal sessions tailored to your particular goals and circumstances. You set the agenda! I recommend meeting two times per month for at least 3 months to achieve desired results.
Group Coaching
I offer group coaching sessions for women who are addressing similar issues, which provides a unique opportunity to learn together, share ideas, and foster support.
Speaking Engagements
As an experienced public speaker and facilitator, I speak about a variety of topics, such as balancing family and career, money matters, and career and practice change.
Energy Leadership™ Index Assessment and 90-Minute Debrief
